Pros

Great compensation here if you like commission. Or if you are a certified mechanic.

Cons

Absolutely no pay raises. You have to move up by promotion if you want to make more. 99% of the jobs are full commission. High pressure .long hours.

We are truly sorry to hear that you do not feel you are in line for a pay raise. If this continues to be an issue, we advise that you speak with your direct leader on how the pair of you can work things out. We want our employees to know we appreciate them and that advancement in the company is always an option.
