      Incompetent leadership Does not care about employees management was unorganized Little to no training, they throw you into it without the knowledge to succeed extremely toxic environment Mentally exhausting even on days off they expect you to come in Micromanaged at all times Favoritism

      The corporation treats employees like numbers and does not actually look out for them. Wages are laughable compared to the amount of work expected. Hypocritical management

      Awesome Work Environment

      Pros

      As soon as you walk into the Showroom at AutoNation USA you can feeel the positive energy. The atmosphere is welcoming and the store is busy. The selection of Cars is better than anywhere and the buying process is transparent and easy for customers. I absolutely enjoy my co-workers and management, we find time to laugh in an extremely fast paced internet department.

      Cons

      This position is definitely a cradle to grave sales process so there are a lot of moving parts. Just need to be ready to work hard and go above customer expectations to be successful.
