Pros

Large company with many resources to acquire equipment, tools etc. overall decent pay although pay structure will widely vary among similar store sizes resulting in vast pay differences for management even with similar performance numbers.

Cons

Company lacks focus in regards to daily kpi’s and performance metrics. They try to implement multiple changes at once and expect performance to reflect the changes immediately. Normal auto industry gripes of long hours. Lack of true support recruiting new team members. They will implement changes and not give store managers ability to hire appropriate staff to achieve desired results.

Pros

Autonation has been one of, if not, the best places I've worked so far. Management is involved, communicative, and treats their workers very well. Everyone in my department has been super helpful with my onboarding, and we're given free lunches on Saturdays if you work. I'm really happy for the opportunity so far, and look forward to my future with the company.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind for me.

Pros

The application was easy to fill out, I received a quick response and was invited to the dealership for a interview. Everyone was pleasant and helpful when I arrived for my interview. I was interviewed by all of the managers. The process was comfortable and I left informed and excited about the opportunity. I received the employment offer very quickly and HR reached out to let me know what the next steps would be. Very smooth process.

Cons

There were only pros for me, no cons.
