Pros

Large company, blue Cross and blue shield insurance, public company traded on nasdx.

Cons

Horrible pay grade, $325 a week plus 2.5% commission on your gross sales, $2.50 per customarily pay hour sold. Csi bonus is up 10% of your pay in the top 95% of your manufacturer district, fail to do that they take 10% of your pay. The insurance is a joke to get top tier insurance you better not be fat, have cholesterol levels or high blood pressure, nice this is the automotive industry.

Pros

The wonderful opportunity to make less than minimum wage and work mandatory 14 hr shifts. Mike Jackson will turn you into his worthless slave nothing but a number. Consistent salary reductions to "motivate performance" and keep you competitive.

Cons

worst corporation ever, if you have a soul they will take it from you.

Pros

The pay and the bonus opportunities are great , get to drive new cars and meet interesting people all day ,

Cons

Management is terrible , training is a joke , the only time a manager will talk to you is to say that something is wrong and they threaten your job on a daily basis , it feels like I am in trouble all day without doing anything wrong . Meetings are always tense and unproductive .
