      managers dont want to develop sales consultants

      Pros

      The freedom to manage your own time for the most part, and the chance to make a lot of money

      Cons

      Managers dont like develop there staff. GM changes polocies so that the floor salesmen are not able to be as sucessful. Every month salesman don't know there schedule untill untill three days into the month, and the schedule is always randomly changing.

      Pros

      Great training, lots of business ... Benefits ok pay could be better

      Cons

      Poor hours, lack of communication between team leaders and advisor. Poor pay 500 base 15 day and 3% of gross profit. Poor structure in getting work out: drop off vehicles get put on back burner, waiters have priority. Need to keep work rolling to completion. Need better dispatch system!

      Not cold calls all day like other dealerships, ok benefits (when they don't take your entire paycheck and don't tell you why)

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Management sits around most of the day and it is a struggle to get them to help out. Pay plan is terrible, extremely hard to advance your career. Takes your pay and can't explain why. Never work for this company
