Pros

There is room for advancement within the company, and if you need to be relocated, there are plenty of stores throughout the US, giving you the opportunity to do so.

Cons

The company lacks stability, primarily within management, and the screening process to become a manager is not as stringent as it should be. This results in a lack of true leadership, as well as instability and anxiety for lower level employees. The pay is also typically not competitive with other auto retailers.

Pros

None that I know. People are always quitting and management does not care...

Cons

Pay is low and not at par with the workload. It is a stress environment. And if you are black, forget about promotion. You can be there as long as and will not be promoted.

Pros

Decent discount on a new car if you can afford one working there. It's a job, if you are desperate.

Cons

Horrible hours, outdated computers and tech, you can't make the money management promises you when they want you to come work for them. 7 people held my position in about 18 months. They are the Walmart of the car business, but not in a good way.
