Pay is lacking compared to the workload. NO work/life balance. You will work a ton of hours.

Pros

Pros are you get to work from home.

Cons

Cons are the very poor/toxic management. Very poor communication all around in the deal billing department. The work is very repetitive and either so slow that you're forced to clock out early and lose hours, or so slammed that you are forced to work 15 hours in a single day. You are also expected to work some mandatory weekends on top of the super long days. They are also implementing a lot more micro-managing data collection tools within the software you use to do your work, so overall the work just feels very suffocating. The pay is also a joke.
