      Pros

      Horrible company to work for. NO respect for its employees. worked there for over 8 years I was one of the best got promoted 4 times. So many CEO changes.

      Cons

      Can not make money. Managements sucks. Corporate has an new rule and they are not telling anyone about it. If you leave on your own doesn't matter why you left you can not comeback. They are not hiring former employees.

      AutoNation has some security that you don’t have at private run places where you can be shot for no good reason

      Cons

      AutoNation has tons of brain damage that you don’t have to deal with at a privately owned store. The benefits stink like everywhere else.

      Pros

      AN is an automotive powerhouse. It's a good place to learn the basics, and people that you are with day to day (middle management) are great and really want to help you develop and grow. And they have a decent benefits package.

      Cons

      You will barely make enough money to pay bills and eat, unless you are an above and beyond rockstar. You can make much more literally everywhere else. Learn your basics at AN and then RUN.
