      Pros

      Get to talk to a wide range of people.

      Cons

      Corporate treats you like you're expendable. Their pay plan for salespeople is directed toward early 'twenty' somethings that are transitioning into the professional world. This is not a company that cares for the longevity of their employees. They turned car sales into an hourly gig, with a very low hourly rate.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great people, community involvement, good work space, fun meetings regarding company milestones. I enjoyed the comradery.

      Cons

      When stocks go down the workforce gets reduced and you are either given more responsibility or let go. They seem to value the bottom line more than the people that support the company.

      Pay is great...if you work 12 hour days, 6 days a week

      Cons

      PTO is a joke (7 days to start, that includes any sick days), Work/Life Balance is nonexistent, Management is incredibly reactive, and borderline incompetent depending on which store you work at. New car sales are drying up, and the outlook isn't improving
