Some good. Some not so good.

Pros

Decent compensation. Can get time off when needed. Coworkers are nice.

Cons

When a new "action plan" is created it last for a week or so and then it is gone. Managers act like they are there to help you, but not really. The training process that is so organized is not there. If you have never sold cars before you could be in trouble here. Also I at times find it hard to be in the grey area that they are always pushing us to.

Pros

discount on service work for own vehicle if you can befriend a tech, detail tech, etc

Cons

High pressure service sales. Threaten job if low satisfaction scores low. Most of it rests on you when there are multiple others that contribute to how your scores come out. Long and early working hours and a decrepitated old facility with rats, etc
