The people, how things work and the general ease of knowing your working for THE BEST automotive company in the world. Always coming up with new ideas to set the pace in the industry. My HR Specialist is also on top of her game as well.

Cons

I can't think of one. The way things work are 100% perfect for me.

Best thing about working at AutoNation is the wonderful people that I get to work with on a daily basis. They are very encouraging and supporting and I truly feel that I work in a TEAM environment. Because we are part of such a large corporation we get to take advantage of having the best ideas shared with every store coast to coast.

Cons

There really are not any cons other than the hours can be long at times. It is sometimes hard to truly walk away from your job...you are also engaged.
