      AutoNation is a Fortune 200 company with lots of opportunity!

      Pros

      The primary and most relevant "pro" is the unlimited opportunity offered by AutoNation. The Denver market is full of success stories with leaders who started as something else and worked their way up to Service Managers, Sales Managers, General Managers and even Market President. And if earning potential is your goal instead of managemement, being good at your job (Sales Associate or Technician) pays well here.

      Cons

      AutoNation is a big organization and getting changes done quickly can prove challenging. Big can be good for a lot of things but sometimes they get in their own way. The "turning a big ship" syndrome.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for growth if you want it - either by expanding current position with cross training or by taking on new positions altogether. AutoNation has gotten a bad rap on glassdoor but it is what you make it, for the most part.

      Cons

      Insurance is expensive and you don't get much for what you pay for

      Pros

      There is a lot to choose from. If you don't like your store you can move to other one. On general employees are treated fair. A lot of choices to move up.

      Cons

      Still "Car Guys" you are not going to find sophistication. You have to work harder on your money.
