Business Outlook
Pros
Great company paid training that would truly open anyones eyes about the car business. Compensation would be great depending on how much time you are willing to invest.
Cons
Although the training that came from corporate was very useful and told you how to treat and talk to a customer and what action to take and not take were very informative and did work if done correctly. All of that went out the window once you got back to the dealeriship you worked at. The old timers who were now managers and or general managers of the dealership would tell you to do it their way which only work back in the 60's and 70's.
