Pros

AutoZone is a good company to get your foot in the door.

Cons

There's no room for advancement or any training available after your first day. The position you accept is pretty much where you're stuck at.

Pros

Auto Zone is a great company to work for because they have integrity. They do what they say they will do.

Cons

Working at Auto Zone does not have a lot of cons, however you are expected to work a lot of weekends.

Was not satisfied with experience seemed like management wanted to do well but there was poor communication.

Pros

Salary is not bad compared to competition you want to be a store manager or higher anything less does not pay well. 401k plan is okay as well good match but need to complete a year.

Cons

Poor medical plan only provided minimal discount but senior management tried to sell it as a good deal. You did not have control over your teams everything was dictated by payroll hours and keeping them to a minimum was key. 50 hour work week for managers with no need to much time to get the job done but the hours were because you were short staffed and had to do a lot of the hands on work yourself.
