Pros

If you’re of a certain ethnicity then the pros are you don’t have to do much all you have to do is show up and maybe not even that and you’ll still get paid for it. Sad!!!

Cons

They should try to not put racist Managers in positions allowing their group of ethnic employees to display discrimination, act on serve harassment towards other people who are not of same ethnicity as majority over throws the percentage to be factual! This is a description of the few facts that I have been dealt with and or witness to. Furthermore to consider and plan to allow others of a certain ethical background to decide how to exhaust other ethnic groups out of their job or careers is actually achieved! Pathetic! Like there is a war going on! Details of false information as reported facts are pasted to the superiors have limits to go further as laws and policies describe. Because of same demographic favoritism issues of their complexities Allow serious issues to not be addressed in full. I’ve seen 6 employees leave the company within a month as they-have been there for more than “5 years each of them” because facts don’t land on the desk of higher management to considered to go further in the cycle to make a difference and to bring attention to the details needed of balance !!! Discrimination harassment insider trading and corruption is what I’ve been subjected to witness!

Pros

I've Been Able To Travel To Other Stores And Help Out; The "Program" Is Called "Loaner Zoner" and Depending On What you Know, your Own Experience(s), And your Own Personal Capabilities, It Can Be Nice, But There's More Rules And Regs Than Meets The Eye And Sometimes, you Have To Discover Something The Hard Way, So you Know What you're Allowed To Do, Can And Cannot Do, Not Supposed To Do, Period, Etc.

Cons

Anyone, Who's Any Form Of Management, It Does Not Matter If you're And Or They're The CEO, President, All The Way Down To A Parts Sales Manager, Is NOT Taught ANYTHING, Progressionally, About How To Be Even The Next Level Form Of Management, From A Red Shirt, To A Gray Shirt, Which Is Between A Parts Sales Manager, Do-It-Yourself, Or A Commercial Specialist; Commercial. You Are Only Taught Things, AS You BECOME A Manager, And It Also Depends On The People you Specifically Work With, No Matter Who They Are, May Be, Etc. It's More Of A Cult, Than A Business As It So Presents Itself. They Do NOT Pay What A Person Ought To Be Paid, NO MATTER HOW EXPERIENCED, INEXPERIENCED, SKILLFUL, LACK OF SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, OR UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, One Person Can Be!! As Long As They Have you "As An Employee," Manager Or Not, They Will NEVER PAY People What They Ought To Be Paid, Based On Their Own Personal Statuses Within The Company!! They ONLY Really Work, With Their Own Personal Favoritisms They See Fit!!!! Life's Not Fair, For Sure, But AutoZone Is Just Purely Un-Just!!
