Company is OK if you do not want to grow out of your position and always stay at one point.

Cons

Good people leave and People that are friends with the Management will stay and get promoted. Sad, but true. This was said a lot of times and thats why people leave.

Good company overall but many things to improve

Pros

- Culture is very important and knowledge is promoted - Colleague are very open - New management is pretty open to talk and ready to listen all ideas - Some of the new managers are really helpful and help you work on yourself and push you to give the very best of yourself by trusting you - Very competitive salary for the Dublin work market - Very good mentorship program - Great location for the new building

Cons

- Playing the game of Dublin work market by paying people for their language skills and not their knowledge or capacity - Lack of communication between departments - Creation of competitions at the very start of the site with the number pressure that was insane for a so recent site - Lack of alignments on policy between managers - Lack of possibilities in terms of flexibility with the Overtime and Bank Holidays - The temporary office is a mess, too small, too noisy, too much presure from the building staff and not enough support from Autodesk.
