Pros

good salary, nice team. walking distnce from work

Cons

bad management. ignorant to employees needs. Will probably fire me because I couldn't understant the bad training. I tried my best but they fire me because somebody in for a long time in firma do not like me

Pros

Colleagues subscribe to the shared vision. Great colleagues to work with and a competitive compensation package. Autodesk is a forward thinking company.

Cons

Home office based which sometimes makes you feel isolated, although the wider team is excellent. It's difficult to think of negatives!

Strong company, good salary/commission structure & benefits, they are strong on continuing education training/seminars for their sales people.

Cons

Sometimes management would "make it hard to take a customer's money" because there were so many rules and regulations to follow in order to complete the sale.
