It is a nice place to work but the work tends to be too repetitive .

nice people, fairly understanding of time off, fair salary for what i do there (because the work is too easy), holiday bonus pay, holiday xmas party, health insurance and 401k, business seems to be growing there, new employees and I haven't seen any lay-offs since I've been there

Cons

Not challenging enough, don't like the hours 9-6, rather work 8-5, it's too repetitive and I don't get to be creative at all, also i'm not as busy there as I would like to be. I want more responsibility and higher pay but there really isn't a way for me to move up to higher position there.

Monday through Friday schedule, flexible with having to leave early or come in late. That's about it! Not too much pros

Cons

If I start I don't think I'll ever finish. They need to not discriminate and take better care of employees. We are human too.
