I’ve found Automann to be the best employment environments in my career. Support from management is huge here, in my experience they are always accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for me and my colleagues. Plus, this company really is the future of heavy duty aftermarket. The innovation and breadth of Automann’s product is like none other in the industry. I really appreciate a company that is so forward thinking and willing to invest in its future. This is a great company that is only going to grow stronger.
Cons
Anytime you experience growth at the rate Automann has over the past 5 years there are going to be growing pains. The good news is, mangement always has a plan to carefully address each issue and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
