No opportunities. Pay is very low. Upper management is buddy buddy with a select few.

Pros

It good opportunity to get into the technology sector of the Financial Industry.

Cons

Such a lack of culture and leadership. I didn't see many employees taken care of. When they built their new office building they bought chairs and used cubicle walls from the 1970's (seriously they were hideous) Just an overall indication of how projects and people were taken care of.

Pros

Very smart engineers that support community banks. High precision and excellent customer service are emphasized when training new employees. Employees and management reallt care about the customer.

Cons

As with many small to mid-sized compaies, salary and benefits are always an issue.
