ASI is investing in modernization, product innovation, and streamlined development practices. One of the most welcome changes has been their embrace of a hybrid remote work model, which provides flexibility without sacrificing collaboration. Leadership is approachable and committed to transparency, and the direction feels purposeful.
Cons
As with any acquisition, there are transitional growing pains — learning new systems, aligning cultures, and adjusting long-standing processes. These challenges are real but being addressed with a clear sense of intent. The pace of change is fast, which can be both exciting and occasionally overwhelming. The positive takeaway is….
