Pros

I've been working at Automated Systems for about 6 months. I was surprised how different this place is compared to the reviews that were left by previous employees. If you have a drive to learn something new, then this place might fit you well. While you do have deadlines, you also have the freedom to learn new skills to help you get your job done. It’s also nice that upper management bring in lunch for us maybe every other month. Everyone here seems to get along and have the same goal of making this place better for the customer as well as each of us working here. I’m happy to be working here.

Cons

Healthcare is a little bit high for the family plan, but it’s better than nothing.

A smaller family-owned tech company of great employees

Pros

Since it is a smaller company (about 100 employees), a lot of time doesn't need to be wasted to get decisions from management. No extra red tape and superficial manager levels here. In my experience while working at the company, I found employees to be compensated for their dedication and their willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right while providing good customer service. Those employees that did the minimum - were compensated in a similar manner. I enjoyed the technology focused mission.

Cons

The company wasn't able to provide as many benefits as compared to much larger corporations such as at work daycare and health club memberships.
