Good salary and rapport with management if you work hard and stand out as an employee. Great opportunities to learn and grow with or without a degree. Meet alot of versatile people not only as co-workers but also at community banks. Travel is relaxed and not very stringent with expense policy. I am a true believer that you cannot walk into a job and instantly expect bonuses, big raises and tons of benefits, if you want them work hard for them and the reward will be excellent. If you are not a stand out employee the management has not reason to recognize you.
