1. Months after working you realize you've become a subject matter expert on numerous industries: insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and more. 2. You get a taste of the enterprise world. I felt that my professional experience has gone up tremendously as I had a chance to work with C level executives and join meetings with the top 100 enterprises in the world. 3. No micromanaging and good balance in terms of expected work / output 4. I feel really heard and appreciated. Often when I bring up a point to challenge how we're doing certain things, leadership takes into consideration my points and actually tries implementing new ideas. 5. Truly remote... remote... I love it
Cons
1. Compensation could be better if you're not in the US. 2. Not a clear career path. So the ownership is more on you.
