Great Co Workers, lots of work. Martin Hertzel was great when he left it really went down hill

Cons

Constant leadership change; plant managers last about a year CEOs last a couple of years; constant change of highs and lows, If you work on the floor expect lots of overtime. If you are salaried expect to get ground down
