Pros

Good working atmosphere and the company takes care of its employees. Excellent work/life balance; not many people work late or work weekends, yet the work culture is very good during normal business hours. A lot of positive changes recently to improve communication and facilities.

Cons

Limit locational mobility within the US business group. Bonuses are only for upper management. Limited interdepartmental transparency leads to underperforming employees being overlooked.
