None. They treat you like work mules. Ever since autoneum took over its like working in a jail.

Cons

Force you to use vacation days frequently in able to have a full 5 day pay. Supervisors are egotistical and will set you up to get fired and then lie to cover there own butt.

Pros

The pay is pretty good for entry level manufacturing work. The work isn't heavy or very difficult.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of communication from management about important topics. Lately we have been forced to use vacation if we want paid for 40 hours because work is slow and they are cutting days off almost weekly.
