Pros

Nothing positive to say about Autosoft.

Cons

I work at Autosoft and, unfortunately, my experience has been negative. The company is in a steady state of decline, losing customers at an alarming rate with no real strategy to reverse the trend. Leadership is one of the biggest issues. The CEO seems more interested in hearing himself talk than making real progress, and the senior leadership team is practically nonexistent. There's a noticeable lack of vision, direction, and accountability from the top down. Any attempts at positive change are either poorly executed or completely ineffective. Employee morale is low, I wouldn't recommend investing your time or energy here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, though I’ll be direct in saying that I respectfully disagree with how you’ve characterized Autosoft and our leadership. We are in the middle of a transformation journey, and while change is never easy, it is necessary. We’ve been investing heavily in our people, our technology, and our customer experience to strengthen Autosoft for the long term. That strategy is real, and it is already making a positive impact across departments. What concerns me most about your review isn’t the critique itself, it’s the mindset behind it. Morale and culture are built by all of us, every day. Leadership sets the vision, but each team member has the choice to either lean in and contribute to progress or to dwell in negativity that holds everyone back. If you truly feel there’s “nothing positive” about being here, then I’d encourage you to ask yourself whether Autosoft is the right place for you. Our team deserves colleagues who lift them up, support each other, and share in the commitment to make Autosoft great. I’m proud of where we’re going, and I know that with the right people focused on solutions rather than cynicism, we will continue to thrive. Employee morale starts with me, with you, with all of us. Let’s each own our part in building the culture we want to be part of. Anthony Belcher

Pros

I feel that colleagues were more competent than management.

Cons

Mismanaged due to poor leadership! Managers were incompetent and they blame their incompetence on others! Instead of owning mistakes and create solutions, things just keep getting worse!

I appreciate your candid feedback and can hear the stress in your messaging. One of the biggest challenges in Software is aligning team members to execute on organizational prioritization and not based on what they want to work on which creates conflict at times or strong disagreements across the teams. Management isn’t excluded and needs to embrace being the “head coach”, over communicating with clarity and earning the right to be called a leader. Leadership is earned, not given and you are 100% correct, it starts with accountability and not blaming others. Whether that’s Product blaming Engineering or team members making excuses for their lack of execution, it comes down to personal accountability which starts with management and rolls down to every team member. We are committed to establishing a management team that executes with clarity and integrity, earning the right to be called leadership! It all starts with improving communication, accountability, and candor across all levels of Autosoft. Although it’s painful to hear, I welcome your feedback and it reminds us to constantly challenge how our intent is received by the team. Self-awareness and constant self-assessment are critical for anyone who signs up to take on the responsibility of people and not something Autosoft will take lightly now or in the future. - Anthony Belcher
