Pros

The software was simple and could have been a good product if the people in power had bothered to enhance it over time.

Cons

There is one reason for this company’s failure- the arrogant attitude of the leadership. These awful people spend a lot of time patting themselves on the back. They don’t realize that the company is going downhill. These uncooperative individuals fail to upgrade the software and disregard employee feedback. Try to reason with them, and they will become horribly rude and disrespectful. So, don’t bother. This ship is going to sink soon!

Pros

Great benefits (flexible time off) and coworkers.

Cons

Leadership terminates people depending on their mood that day. I have witnessed so much turnover here yet they claim to be transparent and have a good work culture. You simply do not move up in the company but they love to tell you that you will if you keep giving so much to them.
