The company provided a good work-life balance, and the benefits package was adequate.

Cons

Processes were inconsistent and poorly documented, leading to frequent delays and confusion. Leadership often lacked technical knowledge, resulting in unrealistic expectations and inefficient workflows. Feedback was rarely constructive, leaving employees uncertain about their performance. Team dynamics were weak, with little collaboration or communication between departments. The potential for growth felt extremely limited.

There are some good folks that work there. Pay is decent and generous PTO.

Cons

If you work at this company, be prepared for a lot of unnecessary stress due to a very toxic work environment. The culture here is extremely negative and abusive. There is a lot of micromanagement and massive layoffs at least every six months, sometimes more frequently. It leaves the remaining workers scrambling to fill in gaps and take on additional responsibilities. Additionally, anyone who wasn't laid off in that batch of layoffs is always worried they may be next. That doesn't provide a lot of confindence and job security. The company is extremely reactive and not proactive. Constantly striving to keep the lights on. Very little innovation-actually probably no innovation. I strongly recommend reconsidering working here. If you decide to take a job here, you will find out very quickly how poorly managed this company is.

I started at Autosoft in August, 2024. The training was top notch, management is approachable and supportive, sales goals are reasonable and realistic and salary is in line with other companies.

Right now, I can't think of any.
