      Pros

      I feel I've gained a lot of great experience here. I love the variety of my job everyday. I'm surrounded by nothing but supportive people that are here to help. I feel challenged and appreciated.

      Cons

      Because this is a project-based business, there are times that are busier than others. Some people like a more steady environment. For me, it's not really a "con" because I'm at a point in my life I can roll with it.

      Pros

      The team is full of brilliant individuals, with backgrounds that range from machinist and electricians to multiple disciplines of engineers. They work hard to come up with solutions to the customers manufacturing needs. The team enjoys the comradere of working toward a common goal and everyone pitches in when times get busy.

      Cons

      Change is a constant as we refuse to do it "the way we have always done it". Its not for everybody.
