The lack of fair treatment and the manipulation of the system by those in power created an environment where unqualified individuals rose to the top, leading to a situation where unprofessionalism was rampant.

      I really believed them when I was starting, but now glad to have awakened and seen what they really are!

      We hang on to the management's LIES, false promises, and the FAKE opportunities they tell us to USE and ABUSE us. They let us work brutal and long hours, to the point of extreme exhaustion and stress.

      The best that we can do is to talk behind the management's back and made fun of them.

      Cons

      We were blatantly deprived of having the work-life balance we were promised, and everything we were told by the management was ALL LIES!!! We were made to work long hours by our manager and it's so exhausting and the amount of stress was INSANE!!
