      Pros

      If you are thrilled by the idea of cross-training, you may like it here. Many didn't, and I saw them leave one by one.

      Cons

      If you work here, you are expected to extend your hours. There is no way around it. It can be very stressful and tiring, especially when you value your work-life balance.

      Pros

      If you are one of the tenured machinists then you can freely do whatever you want. There was one at my time with the company and he would openly talk bad about management.

      Cons

      Bullying atmosphere unorganized and not much teamwork. Supervisors do not care much about employees. Everyone has different rates even though all are doing the same work. The company claims "work hard, play hard" but in reality it was work hard until you burn out.
