      Pros

      I haven't been working here for very long, but I've learned a lot in the few weeks I've been here. The whole team is great and they're an intelligent group of people who have been very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to growing personally here as well as seeing how the company will continue to grow.

      Cons

      I have no cons about working here so far.

      Pros

      Working at Avail over the past two years has been an unbelievable experience! We are a very collaborative team, full of motivated and hard working individuals. Everyone has their own unique experiences and talents, and are bringing it all together to build a stellar product. There is so much opportunity to learn and grow at Avail.

      Cons

      We are a fast growing start up, so there are a lot of projects on our plates and a lot to accomplish. To reach our goals, we are expected to put in some longer days here and there.

      Pros

      It's great getting a chance to work with other teams. The company is constantly collaborating across departments in order to quickly iterate and improve products to achieve goals. This gives anyone the opportunity to learn new skills outside of their day-to-day job. One thing that's exciting is seeing how we've been able to create new products just this year have dramatically improved customer experience as well as meaningfully contributed to the company's success.

      Cons

      We work in a rather small office, but that's not exactly that an issue. The company has grown faster than the office space, which I think is more of a pro than a con.
