I am still fairly new to Availity, but so far things are going well. Health benefits are decent. PTO is unlimited. The overall environment (including management) has been welcoming.

Cons

Salary is lower than the national average for a Solutions Engineer.

Pros

Joined Availity earlier this year and was very impressed with the entire interview process where I was kept up to date with regular communications as to where I was in the process. The onboarding process was also very smooth and efficient with good communication throughout. Training and documentation provided to me when I started helped to set me up for success in my new role. Everyone at Availity has been very kind and willing to help me get settled into my new role.

Cons

Can be a lot to learn if not coming from the healthcare industry, but Availity has very good documentation and associates willing to help get you up to speed.
