      Pros

      Leadership is committed to doing the right thing for their clients. Clear communication from leadership/management. Very supportive environment for new employees - everyone is eager to share knowledge and to work to improve product and processes. Fully Remote - they trust their employees to work from home.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are just "average"...nothing extraordinary.
