Thank you for taking time to submit your review. Good or bad, we welcome and encourage the feedback. It sounds like you enjoyed the amenities of the Availity Café. Like our other associates, We love this space too! But let’s roll up our sleeves and hit on some of the things you didn’t like…Availity is one of the nation’s leading healthcare technology companies. Each year, we create and distribute a strategy map that lists our operating priorities for that year—giving managers and associates direction and purpose. We’re sad that you felt you had no direction while you were here. I wish you would have spoken up. This is not a company-wide experience. Availity is a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company. While we have had restructures, we’re growing and sometimes the skills we had and needed shifted rapidly - as we’ve grown, we have realigned our teams from time-to-time to better meet the needs of our customers and our industry. Lastly, we have had a number of associates start their careers here and grow into new positions and transfer into different departments throughout the organization. There is plenty of opportunity for growth, and a long, healthy career at Availity.

Pros

We are a family. They promote from within and it's a great place to learn.

Cons

The company lacks an official training program so it can be difficult for new hires. They continue to cut staff and are working current employees way over capacity. Senior leadership boasts about their transparency but after 2 reorganizations and 2 reductions in force recently with no warning I would disagree.
