Pros

Frequent and open communication by leadership. There is a monthly All Associates Meeting, the CEO sends a Friday e-mail, and there are frequent updates from various members of leadership. The PTO plan is pretty liberal. Remote first employer. Very good onboarding process given the remote nature of the job. The recruiting and HR process was very open and communicative.

Cons

I'm only a couple of months in but I haven't really found any yet. They use an every other week pay schedule (26 a year) which I wasn't expecting as I'm used to the 24 a 2x per month schedule most companies use.

Work life balance Fun and exciting environment Great co workers Unlimited PTO

Cons

Pay could be better, but it's not the worst and the culture and work life balance is worth it! Some more structure and clarity in the tech world when it comes to what comes down the pipeline to be worked by the teams.
