      I work in the Auth AI department and have had a very positive experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes IT can be a little bureaucratic, but I think that's because of protected health data.

      I'm still new, but the highlights here are that: You do work that makes an impact People genuinely seem to care They appreciate the efforts This is not performative work, people are not cynical, and they lead with the best intentions.

      Cons

      Again, still quite new. But the degree to which people care can lead to bad work life balance. There may be others that reveal themselves over time.
