      Great onboarding experience and a team that's open to new ideas. There is also a shared passion to make a better product.

      Cons

      Cross team collaboration could be a little better, but that can be the nature of a larger, successful company. It also is actively being improved upon.

      Pros

      Wonderful culture of performance, teamwork, getting the job done, always doing the right thing. Just a great company with solid, professional, highly skilled, empathetic, driven employees who support each other. The teamwork is uniquely strong. “We are one family” is often said and it’s true. The ELT is exceptional in their expertise, accessibility, how they lead by example and they are a true team that collaborates. I could not be any happier working for this company.

      Cons

      No cons. You’ll work very hard - you seriously will - but it’s worth it. The difference we’re privileged to be able to make is inspiring and humbling.
