      Cons

      Very high requirement for people skills/not for individuals that have poor communication skills Can get burned out quickly without an awareness of self (mentally/emotionally) Problem solving and high cognitive and logical reasoning required

      Pros

      Availity's company culture is refreshing. I have felt like a valued team member from the get go. I was a little concerned with onboarding as a remote employee however, the process went smoothly.

      Cons

      I have not identified any notable Cons in my first couple of months with Availity.

      Pros

      I have some of the best coworkers. The team is supportive and everyone takes time to explain or show where the resources are. Unlimited PTO. Remote work.

      Cons

      None at the moment that I can think of.
