Availity shares operating priorities each year with all associates to help teams prioritize and plan their work. Throughout the year, the leadership team provides updates on our progress during all-company meetings, where they even field live questions from associates. Availity is growing, and there is so much great work and innovation happening. Still, we encourage associates to find a healthy work-life balance to prevent burnout and stress.
