We’ve definitely evolved our org structures lately – and we know it’s disruptive. But we promise, any time a reorganization happens we weigh the disruption against the long-term benefits we’re hoping to see. With the growing demand for innovation in the healthcare market, we are entering a hyper-growth phase as a company, which is exciting! And we are starting from a place with outstanding NPS scores from our clients and consistently high Associate Engagement scores. Maintaining a high level of client and associate satisfaction into the next phase of our business is a priority, so your advice is appreciated. At Availity, we are fortunate to have tremendous talent hidden around every corner of our organization, including our associates in India. Tapping into the diversity of our organization to bring the right teams/individuals together to solve some of the most complex problems in healthcare is what will set us apart from our competitors.
