      Pros

      Availity is an exceptional company to work for. Everything from the training and onboarding program to the companywide communication is far above average. The company is growing quickly and there is abundant opportunity to move upwards within the company. Everyone who works here genuinely enjoys their job and working for the company and it shows in how supportive and interactive employees are. Even with teams still being completely remote, it still feels like a team atmosphere. There is a incredible commitment to diversity, employee support, and to truly having a work life balance that is not only balanced with time off (unlimited PTO - that you are actually encouraged to use) but balanced in the ability to thrive and enjoy your career and job responsibilities.

      Cons

      The company has two "sides" to it simply due to the way the business model is structured. Sometimes there can be small divisions or inconsistencies between the two sides of the business - however the company is actively working to make things 100% streamlined between the two areas.

      I dont know anything as a cons till now. As of now the job is giving me a good experience and good team around.

      Pros

      - Work life balance - Management listens - Good culture Overall has been the most chill job i have had to work at.

      Cons

      i would say the largest issue ive ran into here is the internal security on coporate laptops/machines. It can take weeks to months to get basic tools needed to do my job. Machines are extremely locked down and no one knows how to unlock a portion of the computer so i can program.
