Thank you for your brief review. We are thrilled to hear time and again that the people at Availity are what make us a great place to work—we agree 100%. While we enjoy many additional benefits, our talent is top-notch, and we don’t take that for granted. Decisions that make their way to our leadership are generally more challenging. While our executive and senior-level leadership teams strive to make the best decisions for our associates and our customers, sometimes we get it wrong. After 20 years of continued growth and innovation, we try to get more right than wrong, so please know that we appreciate your contributions to Availity and wish you much success.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of working at Availity. We appreciate your comments and Leadership is working hard to improve the associate onboarding and training experience. We know that some of the best training comes from practical experience, and associates learn more quickly through real customer interactions. We value accountability, but you shouldn’t be held accountable from day 1 – that's not practical. We’ll add this feedback to the manager training that we’re rolling out, as well. We've implemented M365 to improve the way we collaborate and work—and with that, we hope to improve our documentation practices. We see that you are no longer at Availity, but your feedback will certainly help us make improvements where we can.
