Pros

Instant Benefits and PTO. Paid and Thorough Training. Understanding Management. Advocates for Mental Health.

Cons

May struggle if not Tech Savvy. Phone Ettiquette is a MUST. Lots of info to absorb in training, HOWEVER they will help you learn at your pace so long as you communicate your struggles. Must be willing to learn. Everyday often presents a new challenge in this tedious, fast-paced environment.

Pros

Lots of openness and appreciation. People acknowledge a job well done. It's very fast paced, and somewhat sink or swim, but I thrive in that sort of environment. Also appreciate the delineation of time off. Boundaries are respected for the most part and if there is a need to bother someone, we review where the gap in coverage is to try and address lack of coverage.

Cons

I don't have cons. I think there is a steep learning curve but so far I've found a lot of support when I need guidance. I am very lucky because of my team and department.
