Thank you for taking the time to provide such a helpful review. Your positive comments speak to our culture, an area we have been working to build upon and improve over the last year. Thank you for noticing (and broadcasting) these efforts. We’re very proud of our success!
Now, let’s dig into some of these “Cons” you mentioned (rolling up our sleeves).
Repetitive, administrative work is daunting for all of us, but this happens at all levels at Availity (and probably everywhere else)! One suggestion for combatting repetitive work is to work closely with your manager to identify opportunities for automation. Sometimes, it’s just not possible or cost-prohibitive, but it’s still worth a discussion.
As for training, we know that we have some work to do here. Sadly, you don’t get to go back and start over, but your comments will help make it better for others, so thank you for bringing it up. If you still need training, please talk with your manager or your HR business partner, and we’ll help you find the resources you need to be successful in your role.
Given all the social distancing lately, we would LOVE to be in a room with 7 of our team members (we are missing our people)! But we know that doesn’t work for everyone. Once we all return to the office—whenever that might be—please let your manager know if your work environment is too distracting for you to work successfully. We are sure that we can accommodate your work style.
Lastly, and we’ve talked about this a lot, our two high-deductible plans are competitive in today’s market, but we know they’re not popular with associates; they continue to show up in our Glassdoor comments. While we can’t make any promises, we are working on this. Improving our benefits will take time (and money), but you’re your feedback here is heard loud and clear.
Thank you again for your review. We’re so glad to have you on our team.
