With over two million registered users on our platforms and over one million daily logins, testing new technology can be disruptive if something goes wrong. We think it’s best to test and deploy our innovations outside of regular business hours when our customers aren’t relying on us for their daily operations (This allows us to fail successfully, which is vital to innovation!). So yes, Off-hour testing is necessary in an agile methodology. The leadership feels that transparency is the only way to go, and we know how important that is to our associates and business partners.
