Pros

Extremely wonderful work life balance which should be important to everyone and this company just gets it.

Cons

I was on a contract for a year and a half before being permanently hired.

Pros

Its a wonderful place to work. My fellow team members have been really helpful and supportive to get me started with my work. The management team is easily approachable and help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. The hiring process was great and streamlined well. Last but not least what I love about this job is its easy to balance with personal l life.
