I would definitely recommend Availity for the following reasons: good compensation, unlimited PTO, and the beautiful office in the Jacksonville area!

Cons

Depending on your role, it can be stressful and may require working long hours. However, I'd say the pros outweigh the cons!

We love hearing that you enjoy our compensation and benefits programs—our HR team has worked hard to ensure we have one of the most competitive benefit plans in the industry. We also love our facilities in Jacksonville and Indianapolis. While we continue to embrace the flexible, remote work culture brought on by Covid, we are excited to begin using our offices more for collaboration and team meetings when it makes sense. Associate wellness is vital to our thriving culture. Availity is growing very fast, which can increase demands on our workloads. Some roles may experience more stressful situations than others, but we strongly encourage associates to create boundaries to keep their work-life balance in check. To help, Availity also offers several wellness programs each year, including the associate step challenge, lunchtime chair yoga, and even mindfulness training.

You, and the rest of our Client Service associates, are the heart of our organization--talking with our clients day-in and day-out. While most of our clients are grateful for the assistance, we know it isn’t always easy. That’s why we offer comprehensive training and encourage associates to network with colleagues and their supervisors through Teams chat throughout the day. Some supervisors even host trivia contests and bingo games to keep things light and break up the day. If you have other suggestions, please pass them along to your supervisor.
